If I could put a 0 star I would. THIS RESTAURANT SOLD ME RAW CHICKEN. AND COULD NOT COME TO A SOLUTION TO FIX IT. NOT ONLY DID... THEY HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE DEVICE MULTIPLE TIMES. They also acted as if they phone was not working so they don’t have to listento me. All they could say “I cannot give you a refund. And to call your credit company. That I know how my food is cooked”.This is extremely disrespectful and offensive. NEVER EATING FROM HERE AGAIN. Read more

I was excited to bring my 13 yo daughter for lunch here as part of our mommy and daughter date. The food was good, service was... okay right up until I was about to pack my leftovers to go. I showed the waitress a fly in my food. She told me the flymust’ve landed on my plate when I went to the bathroom. Offered to pick it out before she packed my food! I declined. Noapologies or alternative was offered. She simply brought out my bill and walked off. Read more
Dok Bua Thai Kitchen was a great find! I ordered takeout for some folks at the office this week and we all really enjoyed it.... The food was hot and packed beautifully, and every dish was really tasty! I especially loved how crispy the spring rolls were.Food pictured: 1) Pad Thai Noodle with Chicken 2) Scallion Pancakes 3) Crispy Thai Spring Rolls Not pictured are the excitedexpressions on all of my coworkers’ faces when the came into the break room and smelled what was for lunch. 100% wouldrecommend! Dok Bua provides such Great service, whether take-out or eat-in. Easy to locate with ample street parking. Their menu has such... great options and the food is always delicious! Come by to enjoy their nicely spaced layout and look forward to eating thereagain! Read more

I have been going there since 20+ years ago. Hands down the best Thai food here in the US. I no longer live in the MA area but... go back to Dok Bua every single time I am back in MA. Food is too good!!! Authentic flavor too! My only “complaint” (notquite a complaint) is that they no longer take my VIP card (10% off) that I had signed up for and kept for the past 20 years. Not only was the food delicious and service excellent, they went above and beyond!! We arrived at 9:15 after searching for... parking. They were extremely gracious and told us we could still be seated even though the kitchen was supposed to close at9:15. We asked for takeout containers to make it easy for them. They brought out a several course meal on a platter thatincluded soup, two appetizers, main dish and rice! It was sumptuous! We will be back! Read more
