Staff was barely working, didn't pay any attention and weren't really welcoming, didn't even look at me while I tried to order.... Quite a few items on their menu were not available. They literally threw my bagel into the paper bag such that all the glazestuck to the paper. Won't recommend. Read more
Worst experiences ever! They ALWAYS make me the wrong coffee I ordered before through the app! And there?s always something... missing and they are often late with the orders, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a coffee I bought before via the app!!!I spend my money here for wrong orders - always not just one time! it?s awful! They have changed dramatically and not just the decor. Not very friendly... app does not have the same menu as the in-store (had... to walk-in to order frozen coffee). Staff seemed like they I was inconveniencing them when I said it was missing whipped cream(placed a dollop and handed back) and it was nit made with cream... but i gave up at that point. Read more
Went to this Dunkin at 9:30AM on a Wednesday, so I can't speak for other employees. But all 3 gentlemen working today were fast,... efficient and professional. They ran out of certain things after we made our purchase and they apologized, which is no big dealbecause it isn't their fault, but it was nice nonetheless. Totally dope guys and good experience. The guys that work here are always solid. They get bombarded by Brookline High kids between 9-10 am, yet maintain a good... attitude and bang out the orders. Of the 3 different Dunks I go to. The regular cream and sugar truly tastes like a regularhere. Read more
