I visited Dunkin on 8/17 in the early AM and was greeted by happy and energetic staff. I had a few questions over the menu and... was helped by an incredibly kind and thoughtful employee that explained all the answers to me and did an amazing job. Been there three times, orders were always incorrect. Asked for a bagel with cream cheese and they gave me a bagel with a slice... of American cheese. Not a fan. Workers aren't fast when it comes to orders, always distracted with each other. Don't come hereif you're in a time-sensitive situation. Go to the Starbucks around the corner, significantly better service. Read more
This is really poorly managed. Had a bad experience there. I ordered a hot cappuccino with soy milk and got a regular one with... good old cow milk. It took the guy 20 min to re-do it and he did the same again. After that, I sat there waiting for mydad for about 90 minutes and I have seen at least 10 people complaining. One lady even asked for her money back. I love DD butI will never ever come back again to this shop. Read more

Jeff and company were great and understanding. I?ve had an extremely tough week and haven?t had coffee and really needed it... today. My partner went in to make and retrieve our order, but he didn?t specify the more sugary flavors (swirls) as opposed tothe shots, so my drink was bitter and not drinkable for me. I also like the hummus toast because it comes with roasted tomatoes.My partner didn?t specify us wanting the tomatoes on our hummus toast, which is the only reason I order it. I went back in tofix my order because this coffee was my choice of vice and the employees were so sweet and understanding & did me up right withmy requests! :-) great staff - great service! Read more

I have had several good experiences here. This last time I went there, I walked in and looked at the to-go orders as that was... how I ordered, and they looked at me and asked if I was me and told me they were waiting for me to make my sandwich fresh.
