Excellent! Always fantastic and authentic Chinese food. You really can’t find good Chinese food anymore these days and they... deserve more appreciation for it. It’s a shame how hard they have been hit by the pandemic, inflation and staffing shortagesas it affects their hours open. I’ll always love their food, just wish things were different for them. Generously filled crab meat in crab Rangoon. I go to this place when i want to eat bland & healthy chinese food, ambiance is... rich. Low on taste and seasoning. But a fine dine experience. Good for once in a while but not a tasty place. Service was good. Read more
I enjoyed it here it was a beautiful large place. I had shrimp fried rice with chicken wings and boneless spare ribs plus... lobster sauce with lobster inside. I had the crab rangoon I didn't think it was that great it had crab inside but no realfilling like cream cheese. The Mai Tai was totally great one of my favorite drinks. Read more
HOW THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN!!! This place used to be a STAPLE for Chinese food in the Boston area. I went recently and the... place was DEAD!! Restaurant only had a few people and the dance floor side literally only had 4 people on a Friday night at 11p. I couldn't figure out why. After having the food, I saw why. It just isn't any good anymore. Not sure if it is new ownershipor what, but the quality just isn't there anymore. And the PRICES, Jesus h...they are INSANE!! Even the booze was crazy.....$8for a Corona....ONE CORONA!! ARE THEY SERIOUS??!!! I came all the way from NH to have Chinese food from Golden Temple. I grew up in Brighton. The Golden Temple was the best... Chinese food around. I was very disappointed . First I don’t mind spending the money as long as the food is tasteful andedible. I spent 161.00 and the food was cold , bland and tough. Very small containers for what they charge. Crab Rangoon had nocream cheese , general Tsao chicken was so hard you couldn’t bite into it. Spare ribs were tough and hard as a rock. Friedrice , lo mein and shrimp chow mein were very bland and tasteless. This will be my last time coming here. Read more
I made a reservation and went on valentines day. Not many people were there. We were seated right away and safely away from... other, but the wait to order was way too long. We waited about 20 min. Workers were walking by and not asking if we were readyto order or order a drink. When we did get to order the drinks and food came out quickly. The food was fresh and hot which was aplus, but the quantity for the price was not good. All in all the service could have been better, the food was great, but alittle on the pricey side for the amount of food given. Read more
I placed a large order for my girls night out, racking up a bill over $300. The food was absolutely horrible!! Disgusting!! The... shrimp and boneless spareribs was grossly over cooked, the brown rice was indigestible, the chicken and broccoli looked likechitlins and dumplings, the crab Rangoon was full of thick dough and imitation crab meat. When we called back to speak with amanger we were placed on hold continuously. I tried reaching a manger the following day and the individual answering the phonewas rude and disrespectful. He a very thick accent and declined to provide his name.. He imitated and laughed my sisterstuttering disability before disconnecting the call. Very unprofessional Do Not order from this place!
