I placed an order for lunch and received confirmation that the order was received and that my pick up time would be 20-30... minutes. When I went to the restaurant at the designated pick up time, the owner or staff told me that they forgot to call me totell me that they weren’t able to make the food due to the restaurant not having gas. I was told that my order was going to berefunded, but I have yet to see any refund be processed and it has been 9days already. Read more
While I was living in Boston, this was my absolute favorite Thai restaurant. My favorite dish was the pad prik khing with... pork. I was planning to visit next week while I am in town for a trip and I saw Pon Thai is closing. I have not found anythinglike Pon Thai in Philadelphia, so this is truly saddening. The crispy pad Thai was really delicious, and the waitress was really friendly. My drunken noodles had a nice flavor but there... where barely any noodles and they were over cooked.
