One of the few places that uses real fruit, low sugar options. The"crunchy"bubbles other reviewers described are called crystal... and they are supposed to be crunchy, but you can ask for the chewy brown sugar bubbles instead (which my crew all greatlyprefer) Delicious! Very clean friendly prompt and well informed service. Mango with coconut milk is a dairy free deliciousoption you can request. Update August 2022, new team and same great service. I asked about dairy free and caffeine free optionsand was told the same info and despite two new and younger employees they were again accommodating and made delicious drinks. Ireally love having a range of choices for kids without caffeine. Also, impressive a/c added even more cool off to our visit. Read more

The service is soo good! They really try to clarify what you want and have it ready for you. I love the mango tea that has mango... pieces in it. I get it with brown sugar boba (it?s the classic squishy bubbles) and the sweet cream on top they call ?cheesefoam?. The cream tastes kind of like cheesecake, it?s such a good flavor combination.
