Terrible experience here at the Brooklyn CT location. I was eating some coleslaw and almost broke a tooth. There was a... fingernail in my coleslaw. DISCUSTING!!!! I have so many questions. Why did the employee have fake nails on in a food servicelocation? how did the fingernail get in there if they were "wearing gloves" like they should have been while making the Coleslaw? Read more
Not much slower than other KFC / Taco Bell. I don't think I've ever had a order completed 100% accurately here, always something... minor wrong with the order. Always check BEFORE you drive away. Not the worst I've ever been to, far from the best. Read more
The employees were great. The food was not. The two pieces of chicken both fit in my palm, maybe 3 oz. Cost $9.
KFC personnel now dictate whether you may smoke or not within the confines of your own vehicle while in drive thru. To top it... off, they then refuse to provide you with a corporate policy or the corporate phone number at that. Read more
If you like KFC and Taco Bell, this gives you a chance to mix and match your food. But it is American fast food, something quick... and cheap to fill your stomach. The kids at the register are always friendly and cheerful and that is always a plus. Read more
