I?m here to say that any review less then five stars is not worth paying attention to. Food: 10/10 (the Baja ranch in particular... was exquisite.) Service: 10/10 (the restaurant was clean and the brisk to the point nature that the lady behind the counter mademy sandwich added a level of charm to the experience that is hard to put into words.) Apple Maps told us this place was 100% recommended. I?m here on Google to say that the recommendation is deserved. 18 seats in a... gas station? Bring a party! If you have the munchies and want to eat a sub while listening to Stay by Zedd and Alessia Cara onthe radio this certainly is the place to stop Read more

I-80 will let travelers starve for real. How come your truckstops open 24 hours but the food closes? Not everyone is on the same... 12hours day shift! Especially this truck stop. Read more

I got lunch and dinner here on Oct 3, 2021. Lunch was great, the ladies were friendly and the food tasted like... Subway. Dinner... This location closes at 8pm. Labor issues, we get it. I walked in quarter till, waited in line, got my foodand ate. The gentleman, who stated his name was Nivek, tried making my chicken bacon ranch with rotisserie chicken-lookingstuff, not a huge deal, I simply asked for the other chicken. He did it, but he had a huge attitude the rest of the time. When Iwas wringing up, he checked the time, while still ringing me out he complained that customers keep showing up last minute. Myreceipt shows a 19:50 (7:50pm) time stamp. While I was sitting down eating, another customer came in at 19:57 and startedtelling the lady what he wanted. Nivek walked up and instantly got an argumentative voice with the customer as he stated "Wecan't make any more subs, I shut down the drawer" The customer responded in kind with an argumentative voice and the situationdissolved after this. I don't think Nivek understands why I stood up for the customer. He should by no means, be complainingabout customers while they're standing right in front of him #1. #2, whether or not he realizes it, he started the attitudefirst, and people will respond to that. He could have been more diplomatic about the way he walked up and said we're closed. Inmy opinion, Nivek was clearly ready to go home on time, and didn't behave with customer service as his number 1 priority. Nobodyis perfect, but I think if he realized how confrontational he sounds, he would be more understanding of how he makes thecustomers feel. Read more

If you?re going to have you?re store in a truck stop you really should have it open 24hrs. Many of us run all hours of the day... and night so it?s not uncommon for ?lunchtime? to be midnight or later. Very frustrating to stop to grab a bite to eat only tofind out they closed. Read more

Interesting visit this afternoon to this Subway. We approached the counter and we were met with a silent stare from the... employee. Literally complete silence. Not a word. No, ?welcome?, ?can I help you?? ?Hello?. Nothing. She just stared at us. Iheld off to see if she would break and do the right thing for several awkward seconds, but no luck, she remained steadfast inher commitment to silence and well below average customer service. I know what you are thinking.... Special needs or maybe shewas a mime or something. Nope. She did in fact have the gift of speech, which was nice to hear, however unpleasant the tone wasonce she felt the circumstances warranted her to communicate at an absolute minimum. ?Toasted?? And ?Toppings?? finally cameoozing past her lips with every bit of contempt you could imagine. After making the sandwich she again said close to nothing. Noasking if we wanted drinks or chips, just the single word question, ?receipt?? Then, although it?s probably not a surprise toread at this point, there was no ?thank you? or ?have a nice day? to be found. Nothing. I thought maybe it was personal, maybeit was just us city slickers that she didn?t take kindly to... but then I noticed that the gentleman who was behind us in linewas met with the same silent scorn that we were treated to. Life pro tip for the young lady working there today. Customerservice is not for everyone. That means you. Please find a new gig. Read more
