This place should be shut down. You have very unprofessional staff working there. The lady who was cooking my food was so busy... on a personal call that she couldn?t communicate. Nor was I instructed that you guys were out of certain items on the menu butwaited to tell me once I received my ticket and was ready to cash out. Co workers hang outside rather then working because it?salways something to do. There is no proper covid guidelines to follow. Homeless people hang all inside and outside of yourestablishment wearing no mask. People who are not buying something are in the way. I have being coming here for years andnothing has changed . for months the mayor has been talking about getting rid of plastic bags but I guess you guys neverthought to order paper bags instead I had to carry my hot food all the way to my vehicle. Very terrible place. I cannot count how many times this place has intimated me with all its unsanitary, unprofessional, and... disrespectful customer service. I went up there one day to grab a family-sized fries. And instead the worker gave me a smallersized box, not knowing until after I had got home... Another time me and my dad went up there to grab a bite to eat. The peopleinside the store drove us away saying racial stuff, not just that but the manager/cook/cashier whoever that was told us theyweren't going to make food, that they aren't making food today... not just that I'm not done yet. You guys also charge 2.87$ fora bottle of brisk tea.. which is a dollar at the store literally 50 feet away from your store. If you care about your money andbusiness... please fox this place I know its not your fault but its your responsibility to care and ensure each location is wellmaintained. Read more
Really wish I could give this place negative stars , this place is terrible . I visit this place due to convenience of my job .... I order a spicy sandwich . Which wasn?t in stock so they recommended making out of breast. Which I agreed to. The same guy thatwas on the food was previously sweeping the floor with gloves on , after my order was place he never took the gloves off toreplace with a fresh pair before preparing my food . Super unsanitary. Horrible experience I will never spend money there and Iwill be sending a formal complaint to corporate .they need to change the workers and the sanitary condition especially with thepandemic and the Covid numbers are rising , sanitary should be first priority !!! Would give it another half star for a total of two & a half stars. While I agree with most of the reviews about the volume of... drug activity, the chicken & fries are excellent. I am a fairly regular customer & the staff are pretty nice to me especiallyMr. Charles who works in the hot foods area in the daytime. Read more
I pulled up to the store and was very hesitant about getting out of my car. I notice that there were drug dealers hanging around... dealing drugs. I witness them make several transactions. Way too much foot traffic. This was early in the morning. I will neverreturn. Read more
Don't order food unless you can see it's chicken that's already made. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, guy didn't start... making it until after I had paid and the cashier went to find him in the back. Then he came out, started making the sandwichand said they didn't have any grilled chicken. Meanwhile two women who had ordered chicken, he started getting their orderready before they had paid. In my opinion the girl Nicole that works the early morning shift is RACIST when I pull up to use atm and get gas at 445 am the... door was locked and she said the door will open at 5 so I used the atm at the bp across the street when I come back my mominformed me that she opened the door to give something to a white junkie who was outside cleaning a children?s blow up pool inthe parking!!! Then another black customer walks to the door she locks it and makes him use the windows. When I come back to thewindow to pay for my gas I had to ring the bell twice to be acknowledged the time was now 455. She then continued to do whatevershe was doing and told me come inside only to take her time to serve me and she still didn?t serve me the manager had to comefrom the back to help me with purchasing my gas. This place is very unprofessional. There?s like one staff member working there. The items are not on the shelf. There?s a whole... fridge or three at least fridges missing their items. There are not a lot of varieties of snacks. I come for a coffee and coffeeonly and that machine is not only broken, but the pieces are missing from that machine!!! Hasn?t been fixed at all.
