It depends on who is working on how the food and service will be. When you place a DRIVE THRU order on the app, you expect to... pick it up in the drive thru, not to have to go into the store for your order. Every time the one manager is working, she makesme go inside, even though NOONE else is in line!! If you're worried about your drive thru times, have someone else help youcomplete the order!! And when you put lettuce in tacos and push it down, it breaks the shells!! Every shell on every taco-6total, were broken. Same manager, every time. The pictures are from our last visit where again same manager, broken shells, hadto go inside..the nacho fries were cold, I had to actually ask her to fill the container more and it still wasn't full, neitherwas the cheese cup. I'd give less stars, but when their super star employee is working, the service and food are absolutely thebest ever!! If I could get her schedule I'd definitely order more again, but lately it's always the other lady with a badattitude, broken falling apart tacos and worse service!! We come here a lot. Staff is super nice. They keep the lobby clean. The foods usually good. They still have the spicy potato... soft Taco. They've got the sauces right available in the center. Usually some good music playing. Mark gave us an extra drink.Thanks Mark. Read more
It was ok my drink was flat as hell and it happened like 3 different times and my Taco had a fish taste ????
