Way to go Brooklyn Big Boy. Ordered burgers and chicken strips for a quick bite before Halloween trick or treating with the... kiddos and my husband paid 13.99 for these sad chicken strips and all our fries were soggy. The only thing not horrible was theburgers but even then, they weren't fantastic. I get with take out, fresh fries can get soggy quickly. That's why you shouldn'tshut the container right away give them a second to a least cool down sightly. ???? I've worked in food service myself...but itdoesn't take a genius to know they didn't care much. This was just disappointing to spend our money on. Read more
Took our grandsons here they?ve never been to a big boy. It?s been a while for my husband and I, as well. Our server, Skyler did... a fantastic job. This big boy was much cleaner than any other I?ve seen.. including the restroom. The Onion Rings and Shakeswere just amazing! They boys enjoyed their burgers! My breakfast was good(which you can get anytime). I was surprised how muchwe spent. Not the Typical four star restaurant, but for this type of restaurant it was great! Read more
A classic. Great service. Big Boy fell apart. Fries were not great. Clean, fast and basically good food.
It's been a very long time since I've given big boy another try. They redeemed themselves. The food came out hot and fresh... tasting! They were a little busy and took a little longer then should have but over all it was a good place to go. Server had agreat attitude, and made sure we were taken care of the entire visit. They've gotten rid of quite a few choices though. That'sthe only downside I noticed. Read more
Upon entering we were given a choice of where we wanted to sit. We sat in the little brick room, a semi private seating area... enclosed with large windows. Our waitress took our drink orders, came right back with our ice waters and was then ready to takeour dinner order. About fifteen minutes after ordering, our food was brought out. Everything was hot/warm, just like weordered, and tasted delicious! Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive enough without being overly aggressive. Restaurantwas clean and quiet. Breakfast here is fantastic! Lunch on the other hand... Entrée came out before the appetizers, I had the Spaghetti and the... sauce was very watered down, the boneless chicken wings were chicken strips cut to the number of the order size and I had to askbefore receiving a refill on my drink. It's not fancy. Classic Big Boy but the food was enjoyable and the atmosphere is pleasant. It's a real family place. I went... with family older people & a child & everyone thought their food was good! We saw several families enjoying themselves so giveit a try! Read more
