Wow. Whoever made our pizzas tonight was ON IT!! We ordered for pickup around 630 after my sons soccer practice as usual but... tonight?s pizza was sooooooo much better than the usual. (Never bad but this exceeded our usual expectations) the garlic crustwas the best we?ve ever had and the ?extra cheese and extra mushroom? was much more than expected. Someone deserves recognitionand a raise lol ???????? Read more

ordered pizza. accidentally forgot a topping. noticed immediately and called back within a minute of ordering. got put on hold... for 10 minutes bc they ?can?t just change the toppings.? finally someone takes me off hold to just hang up on me after waitingfor 10 minutes. (mind you my pizza is being made while all this is happening with the wrong toppings.) after 20 minutes, IFINALLY get to talk to a manager where she said ?sorry the pizza is already made there is nothing we can do? I didn?t even wanta refund all i wanted was for her to make it right and remake the pizza after all the trouble o went through, but she insistedthat it was the customers fault and theres nothing that can be changed. terrible service. We just moved from saline to the area and honestly the Saline location was horrible ( they could NEVER get an order correct) and... we hated it but loved Howies. After trying this locations pizza a few times recently, we have been very pleased all around!Everything has been exactly as ordered and well made. We have tried a few different ones as well and so far so good! I didnotice there seemed to be a slight difference in the success used for the Asian chicken pizza... it was a bit more thick andhot/spicy here. But I guess you would never know the difference if you hadn't had both locations lol Read more
