We just moved here and have tried going here twice. First time the chicken nuggets were the most burnt I have ever seen in my... life. This time they didn?t give us half of our food and refuse to answer the phone. They even said when handing us our food?you got the hot cakes right?? But didn?t actually give us the hot cakes. The bathroom was disgusting. the soap dispenser did not work. The kids play area was covered in dust and didn't look like it's... been cleaned and forever. The food was cold. I would not recommend going there. Seems to be fickle matter around the toilethandle. Zoom in and you will see it. Read more
Never ever have I waited for cold food like I did here last weekend. 30 minutes in the drive thru. They took 2 orders from the... right line for every 1 on the left and the signs showed the opposite lanes orders. THEN we got half filled cold fries with outfood. Was told they didn't have sweet tea because the guy didn't want to walk around the counter and get it from the lobby whilethey made more, then only after insisting I didn't want anything other than sweet tea he went and got some from the lobby. I getstaffing is difficult right now, but the staff you do have shouldn't be standing around chatting when there's a line out the theflipping rd! Read more
First off I want to say the breakfast crew are amazing at this location. I come in at 5am and the people working are... amazing. That said the lunch crew are horrible. I received a nugget container filled with big Mac sauce instead of my son's 4piece nugget which was disgusting and dangerous as he has allergies to ingredients in the sauce. They wouldn't even give me arefund for the happy meal. I am also repeatedly missing items in my orders whenever I go. I will be back for breakfast here butwill never come back for lunch or dinner. My daughter ordered in the drive thru at 10:06am. She just got her food at 10:52am. How is this acceptable?! She didn't even get... a refund! She had to go inside twice to remind them that she was still waiting. I've said it before but now I am done...we willNEVER go to this location again. Or any location for that matter. If i could give this place a 0 star i would. It took over 30 minutes for us to get our food for a dine in. Most of our orders... were wrong and needed redone. Floors were greasy, play place is so sticky. But the worst of it was the manager. She was yellingat her employees and complaining to costumers about her employees. Her crew was wonderful sweet and so great with the costumers.They could have an amazing crew here if management was better. I feel bad for her staff. Tiffany was the managers name. Read more

People need to stop posting bad reviews here! No one's job is easy! We are all trying to survive. Just be nice! It's the fast... food industry come on people. It's not perfect but the customer service is outstanding no matter what shift you choose to visit! Read more
