Ordered fish & chips and it was burnt and greasy. The manager insisted that keep it the way it is or I change my order because... he wasn?t going to use new grease to fry the fish. From the start we saw bad signs. They told us it was a 15 min wait to get a table when they had plenty of tables clear and... available. After pushing to get a table. We got one right away.(hmmm) then we waited on other 10-15 min of staff walking by us3-4 times. After watching the manager bark a orders at his staff we just had to ask the manager when we will be served. He toldus the bartender would serve us but then he realized she was too busy as well as the rest of his staff while he was playing"boss man". He seemed to have come to his senses and took out order in which we waited another 30min. When we got our food thechicken penne was watery but the price was good. FEEDBACK: when you are under scheduled get in the mud with your team instead ofdelegating and letting them carry the load alone! The vibe feels like his team doesn't like him. Straight garbage, the service, the food, and the venue is always dirty and cluttered. 4 trips there and always the same... outcome. The last and final time I ate there, a friend and I had different safe items on the menu only be disappointed withsodium as the main ingredient in both meals. I packaged the leftovers because I don't like to waste anything, by the time wemade it home the food had an odd smell(like it had started to spoil). The wild part is both me and my friend had the BGs,stomachs on a 100 even though we did not share our meals with each other????. Pick your poison wisely. Never again........ Read more
The dining experience was horrible. Firstly, it took a good 20 minutes to seat our party even when there were multiple empty... booths noted. We waited an additional 15 minutes for our water and menus to be given to us. I ordered a 12 Oz ribeye entree anda Classic Combo. The classic combo was subpar overall. Our entrees took over 30 minutes to arrive and by then, we werecontemplating on canceling our orders and leaving. The ribeye was grey in color and unappealing to eat. The inside was a palepink color which begged the question whether it was even cooked properly or not. The flavor was bland and the meat quality wasnothing to boot. I ended up using my friend's bourbon chicken entree sauce as seasoning for my steak. For the ribeye to cost $28is such a dissapointment and a disgrace to all steaks in the world. The Pasta was very Good. I was there With my dad who orderd a Steak and Jes its true it was ruined! Totally dead they killed it!... Tue shooties are Not fruit Smoothies there sugar and Sirup and they melt in Time to a undrinkable fluid (see picture) . I stillendjoyed the Pasta. And Jes The waitingtime was really long. After my dad orderd something different (Chicken fingers) he had towatch me eat and waided over 20 minutes for his 6 Chicken fingers and fries. Je also ordered beer and they brought the wrong. Had the most amazing experience today. Heather was my server and she was truly a blessing. Great personality and she definitely... delivered great service. Went there last week for lunch. We were starving and ordered a lot of food! Our waitress, don?t know her name but she was short,... skinny, darker skin woman with a mole under her eye, made us wait for over an hour. She didn?t even bother to stop by and giveus any updates. When I asked her if she could check, she kept saying she doesn?t know and was very dismissive. She said then shewill check with the kitchen but 20 mins later just kept passing us by with no attention whatsoever. I don?t think I?ve evergotten that bad of service and a server in my life.
