They charge 3.75% credit card fee (which they don't show on the menu). Upon asking manager said they put a sign at the door. The... sign is the smallest sign I have seen for such disclaimers. I mean it's just disingenuous. Just increase your prices if you aredesperate instead of pulling a fast one. Reporting them to NY Consumer Protection Division. Read more
This restaurant is so beautiful, i liked the decorations and the writings on the wall. And the food, OMG it’s another story,... it so delicious. I want to give a shout for “Eli” she great us and offered recommendations on the menu, she wasprofessional and nice, was always passing by if we need any thing else. I came Friday night for dinner with a friend and the experience was really really subpar. First it had taken about 10 minutes to... receive some water after being told we could sit at any table. Then after we placed our order I got the lamb chops and she gotthe Chicken kebab. It took around 45 minutes to get our food and when we received it the rice was very salty and the inside ofthe meat was cold. Several times we tried to get the attention of our server but often she was on her phone or walking to theback in the kitchen. When we finally did get her attention to tell her what had happened she seemed dismissive and rude. Theother staff was busy running upstairs and often looking overwhelmed so we couldn't get their attention either. When we told herour complaints she said "Well what do you want me to do we're busy". I asked for the manager and she informed me she was themanager. In the end we just paid for what we had gotten and left to visit a place a few blocks down for a meal. This is reallyunacceptable I would not visit this location with the current staff nor would I recommend others! Read more

We were excited to try this place given the awesome patio area and cool mural. However, the service was all over the place,... super disorganized and it was clear the staff was confused and not paying attention. They brought us hot tea that was roomtemperature then took nearly the whole meal to bring out hot tea. The bathroom also had no soap (even though it’s thebathroom employees use). It did have hand sanitizer. The staff frequently did not know what was in food or even what they werebringing out to us. They also brought out dry bread that room temperature to us, but then brought out warm bread made in houseto other tables and only brought us that bread when we asked. They also didn’t package the bread correctly so that it quicklydried out and became unpleasant. Some food was like the grape leaves were good, but other things like the fattoush was clearlymissing essentials like mint and lemon juice. We asked for lemons that helped but it was clear no one was managing the place ona busy Friday night. We saw who we thought was the hostess leaving people not greeted and unsat for 10+ minutes. She wasdefinitely busy but the staffing and organization was inadequate. They also add a surprise 4% credit card charge on the billthat’s not mentioned in the menu or anywhere in the place .
