They are charging 100% fresh juice prices, but are using some fresh fruits and vegetables, but adding box juice to the mixture.... When asked to substitute with coconut water we were told we can?t do that with an attitude. Girl at the front customer serviceskills are terrible. Attitude needs adjustment. Not a way to treat customers paying their money to support an establishment. TheBrain Power Drink that was made for us was horrible! Response to the business! There was 100% box juice being poured into ourbrain power drink. We were there and literally watched it happening. Came and ordered 2 celery juices. One of which I needed for health reasons(which I mentioned) to be straight celery. The manager... very rudely said "sorry but it is company policy not to juice celery straight but needs another item bc celery is tooexpensive". I told her to charge me wtv extra she thinks it will cost me but she continued to say it's policy blah blah blah.Guess what? When you run a juice bar and customer asks for just juice....you give just juice.... Very Juice bar on ave M willcontinue to get my business bc they know how to make a customer happy. Read more
My coworkers and I love this place! It's nice to finally have healthy and vegan/vegetarian options on Avenue J. My friends have... gotten the acai and pitaya bowls and they loved them, although they recommend the smaller size since the large is quite a bigportion. I've ordered the ginger shot and recently the kiwi strawberry smoothie, but I recommend to opt out of the honey,because the drink is already sweet on its own. I also love the open, tropical themed décor and the workers are always friendlyand pleasant. I hope this place sticks around for a long time. Read more

Went there close to closing time and a nice man served me an açaí bowl which I wanted the next day before work. He went above... and beyond and explained how to make it stay fresh and taste great the next day. He is the reason I will go back there again.Great service. Read more
