Yesterday I ordered a toasted bagel online when I arrived the bagel wasn?t warm at all. I asked the guy if they can warm it up!... He said no. Then very angry lady started to explain me how a toasted bagel cannot be warm bc only the bagel toasted otheringredients are cold. She seemed very rude and unnecessarily upset. I said you?re not doing this business well and left. I wasstaying outside. She opened the window and started yelling behind me. I never leave reviews but I?ve ordered from here multiple times through Uber eats for me and my boyfriend. The last two times... I?ve ordered two different sandwiches for myself and I both times have found hair on my bagel. Maybe it?s just my luck but forthe amount of money I?ve spent at this location I shouldn?t be getting bagels with hair on it :( Read more

Good, but very expensive, bagel sandwiches; friendly, but very slow, service. Clearly the priority is delivery apps, so expect... to wait if you order at the counter. The owners/management participate in the same agressive and inappropriate tipping culturethat plagues too many counter-service joints these days. Pay your employees more instead of asking for a 15-25% ?tip? (Inactuality, a subsidization of the owner?s cheep-skate wages) on top of the already expensive product. meh ???? $4 for a tiny sauce container of cream cheese. and the everything bagel was multigrain, which wasn?t great. this was my... second time trying this spot after being disappointed the first time by skimpy blt portions (i swear 1slice of bacon on a $9blt????). bagels and blts are so hard to mess up. and if i?m over paying i need it to be really delicious and worth it!
