Where to begin...well, they get 2 stars because when we finally got our sandwiches, they were good. I placed the order from... their website and it seemingly went through with no problems. We waited until the pick-up time and my mom went inside to get theorder. I could go into a long thing about the guy's rudeness, him giving us the run around and going back and forth to my carbut long story short he tried to say their system was down, they didn't get the order and we should call Blimpie to get arefund. But the order receipt gives the store phone number to the store call with order concerns...hello. After going back andforth and his boss coming in, he finally gave me my sandwiches and the stuff I ordered, but not before repeatedly trying to getout of giving me EXACTLY what I paid for on the app. If you go here, my advice is to not place the order on the website. Also,they don't have ciabatta bread even though it says they do on-line and in the store. Just saying! Read more
It has been a while a good maybe 20-25 years since I have had a blimpie sub there is no comparison with a Subway sub that old... flavor is still there bigger than anything dealer beautiful man we talked throughout the time you made the sandwiches told him Iwas from Howard Beach coming to 5th avenue and fort Hamilton in Brooklyn just for the sandwiches going to make it a pointwhenever in the area at least within a mile radius to stop by it's a very bad shame that there's only two left in New YorkBolton Brooklyn one that I said fifth avenue and Port Hamilton... The other at the end of Willoughby Street downtown Brooklyn Ijust finished mine was over a foot maybe a foot and a half of good sandwich of course I'll need for another day but well worthit if you get a chance go down there you'll remember the salt and pepper shakers and that's aroma the sandwiches have when youget there in order just enjoy God bless Read more
I always love this place. I like the way the make their sandwiches. They put a good amount of meat in the sandwich not like... Subway which gives you a bread sandwich. Read more

I ordered a gluten-free sandwich from doordash and they gave me one with gluten. I asked that they contact me if they couldn't... fulfill the order. This was a big health violation. If you can't provide the correct dietary needs and don't respond, then youshouldn't offer it. Terrible. Read more

They are the most friendliest folks you can ever come across! Their coffee is really good. I'm not sure what kind of coffee... beans they use. The beans seem to be freshly roasted and is super flavorful! Read more
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLACE TO RELAX AND HAVE YOUR COFFEE AND FOOD. seriously, Madam is the best employer there and goes far... and beyond with great service always ready and willing to serve to perfection.
