I don't often get avocado toast because you can literally make it at home - HOWEVER, the avocado toast here is colossal in size... and well made. The bread slices, I believe a housemade sourdough bread is THICK (insert beyonce banger THICCC here). I highlyrecommend. The drinks are stellar, with house syrups like lavender rosemary if I remember correctly that elevate thosecocktails. The atmosphere is inviting as is the staff, they have a backyard but i didnt explore it due to the hellish heat.Overall a 10/10 and then some. Read more
This restaurant is so quaint and cute. I came for brunch and it was crowded but not overly crowded. The tables were decently... spaced out. I ordered the avocado toast w egg and it came with a half a plate of arugula. The toast was sizable, but very thickand hard to cut. The arugula was a little hard to eat because of the tableware so I didn’t finish it. I would return. Read more
This place is a new little hidden gem in Brooklyn. Proof of vaccination is required upon entry. The waiters were attentive,... positive & courteous. Everything was soo good. Came for a birthday celebration and they helped us hold a cake to surprise our birthday girls. Food... was amazing. Service was amazing. We ordered calamari, mussels and all the sides to share and each got a pasta. I got thegnocchi. All great. Even the free bread. The food was surprisingly delicious, and I say surprisingly because the brunch menu is very simplistic and almost basic. But... they knock the simple things out of the park. The greens with the hash browns are just the perfect combination together. Thebreakfast sandwich, both the one with bacon and cheddar and vegan were so tasty. I got the one of their juice presses, goldengirl, I think and it tasted very fresh and vibrant. My only problem is that for brunch they kick you out in about 2 hours,usually we like to stay and talk and order more drinks leisurely and we had to hurry up and eat here. Read more
