Glad to know there is a really good diner on this area. Went for lunch today and the place was packed. Even though today is on... the chilly side, the diner was busy. We wanted a booth and waited about 15 min. If we wanted a table, we could have been searedfaster. It was a bit of a wait for food but you can't expect to be served right away on a Saturday. Both of us ordered burgersand sweet potato fries. The burgers were huge and the fries were acceptable. Not everyone can make these, so I was glad theywere ok. I probably could have sprinkled salt but it slipped ny mind. The waiter was attentive, the ambiance was great and thefood was not seasoned heavily but still tasted good. $45 for 2 with a peppermint tea. I had water and asked for room temp sinceit was cold outside and ghey complied. Surprised and grateful that there are decent diners in the area. Will be back! Read more

Great food & Service. Old school dinner with great Ambiance. The hostess couldve been a little friendly but she wasnt rude... either just there. But food and service from our waitress made up for it. What people really have to take away from thePandemic is that you can be working one day and out of work for months the next. Appreciate customers and the money they spend ! Read more

Great location and service. Veggie omelet had a good amount of veggies, not overcooked but somehow bland. The whole wheat... bread is the most basic type, not very tasty. Avocado toast should have mozzarella as an add on option. (Peppers, too). Pancakes were nothing special. Service was excellent, coffee good & plentiful. Read more

Delicious place for breakfast! The staff are very friendly. The diner offers free coffee refills. It came to $25 per person. I... had an omelette with American cheese, ham, and spinach along with a side of bacon, orange juice, and coffee. The orange juicewas freshly made and the omelette was delicious. I look forward to returning. Read more

This neighborhood staple is a good NYC diner. This visit was just for burgers and a late breakfast. These are the mark of a good... diner to my friends and I. We were all happy. We were greeted as regulars, and it seems that everyone receives the same friendlywelcome. Service was good. We keep coming back and will. (We were alarmed over the summer when Bridgeview closed for somenecessary maintenance and glad when it reopened.) Read more

Classic diner ? classic food. Cheese fries, extra cheese, gravy on the side! Just as good from 20 years ago.

I ordered the Strawberry Colada for a drink. It was pretty good, and had a nice kick to it. I ordered The Queen chicken (not... pictured) sandwich, it was really tasty. For dessert I had the lemon meringue pie which wasn't an actual pie but a cake. Thecake was moist and delicious and topped with a mountain of meringue. Read more
