From the moment I first made contact with them to... inquire about the menu and pricing, until they delivered the food to the event, they were professional, accommodating, andfriendly. This place is overrated and overpriced. The restaurant takes so long just to make sandwiches that are tasteless and lacking... flavor. The service and food sucks. I requested a sandwich to be done differently because I desired a substitution instead ofbeef and I was told they don?t do that. Where?s the versatility? 14$ for a huge sandwhich that didn?t even have taste or evensalt. It was the blandest food I?ve ever tasted. I wish I could of gotten a refund. Nice place in a beautiful neighborhood. I went there in the morning on my way to work I ordered a bagel with cheese and ham, it... was ready in just 3 minutes. The coffee was slightly bitter for my taste, but still good. I also bought an unusual purplecookie as a dessert and a surprise awaited me inside. I like it. Despite the line of people and the morning time, the staffworked very quickly. I think I will come back to this place again even though it is not close to my house. Read more
Love this place. I had the brighton beach on the ciabatta bread. Amazing soft bread and the combination of flavors was amazing.... Would come back to NY for that sandwich. The coffee was just okay. Read more
