I would give this place minus 5 stars if I could. It is freezing cold every time I come with my family. I asked to speak to the... manager (10/28/22) and she said people complain that it?s too warm so she Doesn?t keep the heat on. I never heard of Anything soridiculous in my life, my hands were ice cold. There are infants and children in this place and it?s so cold people cannotunzipper their jackets. Fast and happier buying experience while the manager is not there. So maybe the staff have less stress, I can even see their... smile through the mask. I know that as a customer we want fast service but we need more is the quality of the services, so Ihope when next time the manager just present, her role is to excite the staff and let them feel motivated and working in ahappier working environment not in the pressure. The staff is incredibly efficient here, especially if customers aren?t aware of what they want. You can find power outlets to... charge your devices, WiFi, fireplaces, large screen TVs and clean bathroom to use. The food is made to taste upon your requestand it generally good depending on whose working that day. Delightful ambiance and clean store. Read more
