This place do not want repeated customers, I am not coming back. You ask for extra mayonnaise and it cost $0.50 extra Small soda... is $ 2.70 plus tax. How about if I ask for no mayonnaise in my sandwich will I get $0.50 refund ? They believe customers isstupid. Read more
When I do purchase food from this BK location, I often use the BK app to pre-order meals from the special offers section and... have my meals ready when I arrive and I simply go to the counter with my order number. I've been a customer here for years.Everyone that works at this location (so far) has been great - fast, accurate, helpful and professional. My interactions withthe staff have always been pleasant and from what I have witnessed, they run a very efficient and clean establishment. Read more
Every time I come, the restaurant is literally empty. They prepare and give the order very quickly. The food is delicious and... hot. It is more convenient and more profitable to order from their branded application, there are often profitable promotions :) Read more

Absolutely horrendous service. They always get my order wrong. This time the food arrived almost two hours late; With another... person?s name; Food was cold and completely opposite of what I ordered. They need to get their s*** together, I don?t know whyit is so hard for them to get the order correct when it is written for them in detail directly from the app. Read more
Working with a special needs person and letting him experience/learn how to place an order at fast food this not the place ,... counter person totally not friendly or courtesy walked away quickly after taking coupon for items we wanted couldn't get herattention just took our order didn't even ask how we wanted our whopper thought BK was to have it your way.
