Very bad customer service. RUDE. My worst experience in any Burger King. They deserve less than a star
I really have a pet peeve about efficiency and sense of urgency from employees. I've worked in sales, in 2 mall location stores... with a lot of foot traffic so I understand being tired and feeling drained but you always have to balance that with efficiencyand customer perception. The Burger King here is slow as heck. My point of view is not subjective, meaning I'm not just mefeeling as if this location is slow, they actually are slow and anybody can go and watch them to see. All it takes is a tiny bitof effort to please 99% of customers. TAKE THE ORDERS FIRST and move with a sense of urgency to do whatever it is you're doing.Work faster, not so fast you hurt yourself or drop things, just faster than you currently move and make logical decisions forexample, It's probably not a smart idea to be fixing cups or wiping stuff down with a rag or stacking boxes when 5 customers arestaring at you waiting, you can do that after the orders. I've been where you've been so I know how you think. You can workbetter, you're just choosing not to. And there's too much drama in these fast food places because the staff is like 7/10 Femaleto male. There doesn't need to be that many female staff vs Male staff. This Burger King location is located inside a gas station. If you're not looking hard, you might miss it. Service was quick and... easy. You'll have to place your order at the Burger King counter, then pay at the gas station cash register. Read more
