they overcharged the guy in front of me and refused to fix it, prompting an argument that was taking too long, so I left. had... they simply corrected the mistake, they would have made more money from my order than the 50¢ they were bilking the poor guy infront of me. Read more

First time, last time. Ordered the Impossible Burger, customized it. No pickles, no ketchup, with mustard. Lettuce, onions,... mayo and tomato is fine. What I got when I got back to work to sit and eat. An Impossible Burger with onion, lettuce, tomatoAND pickles and ALOT of mayo. And not hot. I think this was someone else's sandwich but I was miles away. Called the store,and Manager offered to make it right. Now I had to beg my Supervisor to let me go back. Went back, yes he made it right. Theydidn't have mustard okay I can live with that. Now back at work, it's 9:40 pm, too late to eat, bed in 2 hours. Will not gothere again, ever. Would rather go hungry. Not worth the headache and time it ate away at. Read more

The staff are efficient and reliable at giving you the correct order. Make sure you check your bag for condiments.

You cannot eat nor use the restrooms in the premises, which is absurd. My husband, who is disabled, really needed to use the... washroom. We saw someone from the staff used the restroom, so my husband asked if he could use it as well. The staff mentionedthat wasn?t possible because it was a covid policy, and that we should ask the manager. The manager in question was rude andimpolite to my husband. He yelled at him and then walked away without even letting my husband understand why they couldn?t makean exemption for him. The manager didn?t even try to explain such policy. When we tried to sit down and enjoy our food, thestaff screamed ?NO EATING? in a very upset and inappropriate tone. We left, feeling very disheartened and mistreated.Ironically, we found a McDonald?s nearby where we sat down and had our food. Nobody told us to leave and they even offered ussome chairs to sit outside. I wouldn?t like to think this was a case of discrimination, yet we feel like it was. This is thefirst time we have ever had an experience like this with Burger King. We truly love the food, but it seems we won?t be comingback. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND RISK YOUR HEALTH! - I got MOLD on the bun in my fish burger. I found the mold after having another... sandwich and I feel sick now... The manager refused to give me a refund since it was an app order and told me he would make anew one. I told him I don't want the sandwich unless he bakes fresh buns. He made this hand gesture saying "I don't care" andwalked away. No apologies from any staff and the manager was very rude. I just walked out without a refund or receiving asandwich since I didn't want to waste more time. Read more

I visited BK in the morning didn't wait for my order more than 5 minutes the restaurant is two floors so there's more space for... the customers. The customer service is good, clean place, clean tables and clean restroom. Use Burger King mobile app and savesome money. Read more
