Cute little place with a friendly staff this night. Going in I had read service could be a bit slow, but then I read from others... it was quick. This time around it was definitely on the slower side, however it was the food I was after as I heard it wasdelicious. And for the most part, it was good with a mixed bag in between. Service isn't everything, but when it doesn't gowell it does put a little damper on the meal and in our case left more to desire. Sat us outside, but forgot to give utensils,napkins and plates when the food started coming out and walked away immediately. Took some time to get any staff attention whichled to some of the food cooling down too much. Mac n' cheese was baked and creamy and the calamari was seasoned superbly with anice amount of crunch. The steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes could've used more of the sauce to add more flavor, but I'dstill eat it again. Pasta was also good, however the salmon would have to pass on. You may have to drive around for a while until you find parking. On Sunday's, you don't have to pay for parking. The staff is... both friendly, and attentive. The drinks are on point. I enjoyed the Smoke & Migos drink. They light it on fire, leaving it witha smokey taste. It is very unique in taste. They also have a Harry Potter shot drink that they light on fire. It's okay, butgreat for video, and picture purposes. They also light that drink on fire. For appetizers, I highly recommend the LobsterRangoon. It is light with a little kick to it, but an excellent choice. I also recommend the Mac & Cheese with added Oxtails. Ihad the Mango Chimichurri Skirt Steak with Mash Potatoes, and Broccoli. If I could leave 0 stars I would ????and honestly that hurts my heart to say because I drove 3 hours from jersey to get there... and I love supporting black owned businesses. First to start they sat us outside in a little outdoor area they created and itwas not the cleanest. First time here for brunch. Small but cute establishment. Service was a tad slow but forgiven due to there being only one... server. Had the French Toast with turkey bacon. Washed it down with a Pear Rosemary Bellini. Drinks were good and food wasdelicious. Bathroom was very clean. The Brunch and the drinks were excellent! Food came out hot. My drink was from the reviewers drink list. The people didn't lie,... the ???? we're good. I just didn't really care for the shots. I've had this place saved as "Want to go" for a while and im glad my coworkers were down to come experience this place with me.... Black owned!???????? We had reservations for 515pm. Got seated and orders were placed. Drinks came but no food. It got to around630 that we had to ask wassup. And that was only for the appetizers. Might as well order more drinks! Our orginal waiter finallycame to let us know there was a party going on in the back and our food order got mixed up. Now I understand we were there long,food order mix up, it's getting later in the evening and other customers are coming in but don't rush to give up the bill. Webarely got the proper service but now you rushing us out. The only one that was attentive to us was Sabrina. Overall, the foodand drinks were great!
