I went to the store and I placed my order and I and the cashier went over all the items and I had to change an item or two due... to certain things not being available and the receipt shown is what was ordered, when I get home to eat the food, I saw theBacon BBQ Mother Cruncher sandwich was missing the bacon and the crunch and possibly other things as well, I would like to speakto someone about trying to fix this situation. I walked to the store rather than order via doordash like usual because I had a coupon that I wanted to use (they don't let you... use coupons when ordering online). When I got there they wouldn't accept the coupon. Very bad customer experience. I ended upwalking back home without purchasing anything, which was a shame because I was hungry. Read more
Was okay, service wasn't great. The employees didn't look they knew what they were doing. Went there for a very quick bite to... eat. Got the baconzilla which was okay, tasted very similar to burger kings bacon equivalent burger. They weren't really wearingtheir mask either which didn't make me feel great.
