For a place that claims to open at 11am, it is now almost 1200 and there is a line outside waiting to get in because they still... aren't open. Yet somehow they keep opening the door and they have already told us 2-3 times over an hour span that they willopen in ten mins. This is ridiculous!!! And this happens every day. I never had any issues with this branch I am a loyal customer however on this particular day 11/18/2022 at around 3:20pm I went... to this branch and the server there was very rude. She asked for what I?d like and she was reaching for the bowl, I told her iwanted the burrito. She sighed under her breath sounding annoyed. I get maybe it was a long and stressful day. But please do nottake it out on the customer. Maybe wrapping the burrito can be frustrating and waiting for it to heat up but it?s on the menuand people are going to want to order it.
