For a place that claims to open at 11am, it is now almost 1200 and there is a line outside waiting to get in because they still... aren't open. Yet somehow they keep opening the door and they have already told us 2-3 times over an hour span that they willopen in ten mins. This is ridiculous!!! And this happens every day. I should?ve listened to the comments which I read before coming. Staffs are extremely rude and not kind at all. If I didn?t ask... for more of everything I would?ve ended up with half of the food in this bowl. Ended up costing $18 for this food and a smallsoda. Read more

I ordered the new Garlic Guajillo steak in a burrito bowl. I ended up paying more than $30 to have it delivered and it was... delivered more than 20 min after the maximum eta chipotle gives you. I only live 1 mile away. The worst part by far was theportion. After spending $30 there were only a few pieces of steak in there, tops. Read more

I never been in chipotle before at all. My son was hungry so we decided to stop by. The place was very clean, the workers... followed all cleanliness procedures and covid19 protocols. The server was very nice and accommodating and cashier was veryamiable as well. Overall a positive experience . We had the chicken bowl. Read more
I never had any issues with this branch I am a loyal customer however on this particular day 11/18/2022 at around 3:20pm I went... to this branch and the server there was very rude. She asked for what I?d like and she was reaching for the bowl, I told her iwanted the burrito. She sighed under her breath sounding annoyed. I get maybe it was a long and stressful day. But please do nottake it out on the customer. Maybe wrapping the burrito can be frustrating and waiting for it to heat up but it?s on the menuand people are going to want to order it.
