I first want to start out saying DO NOT EAT FROM THERE after I seen what they do in the kitchen!! I?m definitely calling nyc... health inspector. My issue with this location is that the tables are dirty, the staff is super nasty, when I went on 9-1-22 theydidn?t have no ice, no soda machine and very little warm juice. Now my next issue is that it was a young lady who was extremelydisrespectful and lack of customer service. When I ordered a kids meal it?s supposed to have chips as well so since they ran outof EVERYTHING, CHICKEN ,STEAK ,so ice asked for a cup so I can share my juices , the girl was like no I?m not giving you a cupor can?t give it to you. The tone in that girls face was nasty in fact I asked for a manager and ALLan tried to defuse thesituation but the girl was on 100 she didn?t listen to her boss so sad!!! Read more
I ordered online so when I got there it would be ready , but it wasn?t ready and I had to wait more time and my order was a... mess, they didn?t have anything in stock so they basically gave me a whole different order, also my burrito was a big dumplingAND they forgot half of the stuff I wanted in it.
