Probably the worst Chipotle experience I?ve had in my entire life! That place was filthy and it wasn?t even that busy. I first want to start out saying DO NOT EAT FROM THERE after I seen what they do in the kitchen!! I?m definitely calling nyc... health inspector. My issue with this location is that the tables are dirty, the staff is super nasty, when I went on 9-1-22 theydidn?t have no ice, no soda machine and very little warm juice. Now my next issue is that it was a young lady who was extremelydisrespectful and lack of customer service. When I ordered a kids meal it?s supposed to have chips as well so since they ran outof EVERYTHING, CHICKEN ,STEAK ,so ice asked for a cup so I can share my juices , the girl was like no I?m not giving you a cupor can?t give it to you. The tone in that girls face was nasty in fact I asked for a manager and ALLan tried to defuse thesituation but the girl was on 100 she didn?t listen to her boss so sad!!! Read more
I ordered online so when I got there it would be ready , but it wasn?t ready and I had to wait more time and my order was a... mess, they didn?t have anything in stock so they basically gave me a whole different order, also my burrito was a big dumplingAND they forgot half of the stuff I wanted in it. This is the Kings Plaza location. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken on 8/8/22. It was horrible. The food was so disgusting.... What happened? The rice was mushy. I found a bone in my food and that just turned me off. Eat here at your own risk! ???? Read more

This Chipotle in Kings Plaza, Brooklyn, NY is a total wasteland!!! A dump. It's filthy! Dirty tables, floor is disgusting, ZERO... air conditioning! The cashier, Saphyre, was an absolute delight! The one star is for her. And on top of all this, they have thenerve to play music loudly. What in the world?? How can you have a vibe in a dirty and dark place like this?
