I?m waiting for more chipotles to open in the area because this one is simply zero stars. On more than one occasion, the rice... was crunchy. Once my guacamole came and was half brown on arrival (it didn?t take long to get to me so I know it left the storelike that). This location needs their staff retrained. This Chipotle had good food and friendly staff. The staff were really kind and one worker named Mimi even complimented my hair,... which really made my day. The food was pretty fresh, flavorful, and the waiting line was not super long. Its really good for aquick healthy lunch if you live nearby, especially because the only alternatives are fast food around Flatbush and Nostrand Ave. Read more
I placed an online order for a veggie burrito today through the Chipotle app and when it arrived, I was taken aback when it had... meat inside! The label on my order was correct but did no one double check first before they wrapped it up? I was livid aboutthis and tried to call the number to this store and it just forwarded me to their corporate office. They forwarded me to theircustomer care office and the line got disconnected. I had to call back 3 times and go through their ridiculous voice mail systembefore I was able to get in touch with someone to file a complaint. All they told me was that they would forward the info to themanager of this particular store and refunded me. They offered a "free entree" promo which doesn't help on the app because itrequires a $10 minimum -__- I'm very disappointed in this store for not checking the orders correctly and feeding vegetariansmeat burritos! I placed my order at 241st in the Bronx at 6:50 to have my order ready @ 8:30 at this location so I can eat during my lunch hour... from 8:30 to 9:20. Instead of just picking up my food and leaving I ended up WAITING a additional 25 mins. Not only that theygot my order wrong they isn?t even any chicken in my meal. The absolute worst Chipotle. It took me a long time to write this because I believe that the people that keep these places up... and running are essential workers and alot of them are overworked and underpaid. However, something?s gotta give. You can?t justbe playing with peoples money and time with no remorse simply because you don?t care, that?s not cool either. I have had somany incorrect orders from this location, it?s almost laughable. Im a chipotle rewards member so I try to use the app whenordering online as much as I can. I also prefer their app to Uber or DD because you can actually customize your bowl the sameway you would be able to in store. It?s a win-lose situation though because it ALWAYS pairs me with this location because it?sliterally 5 mins away. Today I paid for a Chicken/GG Steak Salad, chips and queso and a side of guacamole. Total was $29.50because the steak is $19. They sent me a carnitas bowl. No queso. No guac. The receipt with my entire order printed out wordfor word was taped to the bag and somehow they still gave me someone else?s bowl. There wasn?t any writing on the bowl cover toindicate the type of protein either (a step that literally prevents mistakes like this) so that?s how you know they?re skippingsteps and just being careless. If I had the energy to go through them all, I?d post screenshots of my order history and all therefunds Chipotle has had to give me because of their mistakes. SMH, do better. Read more
