Do not come here. The staff is extremely rude, I don?t usually walk in to a chipotle so had no idea where certain items were... located they got extremely irritated because I asked for something that was located on a earlier section. As if I am supposed toknow that. Then made me wait another 10 minutes for tortilla skins because I didn?t know to ask for them prior. On top of thatthey only put a little meat in my bowl. The worst chipotle location I?ve ever been in. Besides soda machine and card terminal being down, the burrito was just smashed... into foil with half the guacamole and toppings practically being squeezed out of it while the guy wrapping it just casuallyswung them under the counter. The remains of the final product tasted bitter, as if someone hadn?t cleaned the grill properly orsprinkled some dish-soap on top. The final straw was when a poor half unwrapped burrito had all of the juice toppings at thebottom and rice and beans on top. Chipotle?s been my favorite restaurant for years, but this location was the worst experienceever. Should of looked at the reviews before I came here. I had a side order of tomatoes salsa so my food doesn?t get soggy and they... put the sauce container upside down in the bag. It spilled in the bag causing my bag to get wet a break. Employees need to bemore responsible. Read more

I placed my order for pick-up around 3pm for my 30 min lunch break and I got there around 3:05. When you order for pick up, you... don?t really have to wait that long and you can go towards the back to ask the worker on the register for your order. So I goback and I show the girl on the register my order for pick-up and she just says ?hold on.? Then, I see her texting on her phonefor a good minute, which was completely unnecessary. After finishing her text and instead of going back to check on my order,she keeps me waiting longer by deciding to ring out two other people on line that were ordering at the restaurant. At thispoint, it?s been about 5 minutes and at the time, I was the only person waiting there that had ordered for pick-up. Just as sheis about to ring out a third person on line ordering at the restaurant, another employee there saw me waiting and asked for myname. When I gave my name, he went back and got me my food quickly. I appreciated this but at the same time, it had already beenready for over 10 mins. Anyway, I would?ve given only 1 star because the other employee kept me waiting longer than I should?ve.Since the food was tasty and the portions were good, I decided to give an extra star. The worst chipotle in nyc . The staff that they hire is sad . The manager aren?t trained and they let bad apples effect them .... Not everyone has people smiling and they just giving jobs out . The lady (employee) with the braids in her hair was serving out my bowl of ingredients and chewing gum while doing it. Yuck!... With her mouth open. She made me lose my appetite. I wish they were all mandated to wear face mask. On top of that, most of thefood trays were empty. I asked for chicken, the employee had to go to the back to get a refill. I asked for corn, the gumchewing lady had to go to the back for a refill. I asked for lettuce, the gum chewing lady went back to get the refill. I wastold there was no ice in the soda machines. Okay, I'm fine with it. But why when I pressed the handle for Coke, it was allwater. I saw another Coke handle, all water too. Went for the Pub and same thing; all water. chinese manager was kinda rude when i came in he said they are not open and i said so i should wait 20 min then so i can... order?he said no they open at 11am when in the front says 10:45am and its 10:30am already. he said he understand that the frontsays 10:45 am but they open at 11am. very dismissive and rude was not pleasant about his informative information. mostly brushedme off like he had a bad day or something.
