Completely unprofessional, they take a long time to get to you while they are talking to each other. When you do get your food,... they give you less than other Chipotles near the area. I went there for an online pick-up and it took 30 minutes. When I didreceive my food - the rice was undercooked and raw, meat (I got steak) tasted old and cardboardy, and veggies didn't look fresh.Go to another Chipotle. Read more
I never post reviews no matter how bad or good a place is, but this took it to another level. Never in my life I gotten chipotle... this sad. All of our guacamole had rock hard guac, which meant they were unripe. Some of it were over ripe and became rotten(Pictures shown below). The steak was dry to a point where, I?ll need my grandma dentures to go through them. I don?t know if itjust a bad day, and there was something was going on.
