I went here to just eat pizza and play no games, i truly love how the pizza taste but once i arrived they did not let me and my... cousin(18) in because i am 15 years old. i told them if i could just go in and order it and leave but the lady said no. She didnot even explain why, and i asked if i could order it and come pick it up and they said no. I understand the rules but now Ican?t enjoy the pizza i ate when i was a child. Read more

Very impressed with the service and attention to detail. I made a party reservation. The staff called in advance to confirm,... they greeted me 15 minutes before the party as promised, and the staff had everything laid out perfectly (plates, cups, hats, napkins, etc.). They were very organized and kept the party moving along. Thank you! Read more

The games are somewhat broken and of course you barely get any tickets when you "win". The good thing is you can pay for time so... you can play games with unlimited tries until your time is up. I paid $22 for 45 minutes on 1 card for me and my kid. Read more

We went there to play and got 2 pies and. They are fully customizable, the pizzas were delicious and came out quick and they... also offer wine and beer for parents ???? I did see that they have vegan and vegetarian options on the board. I feel like aslong as you're not lactose intolerant you'll be good. They have salads and other food options also along with cake for a kidsbirthday. Read more

This is how my order was given. I was told It was an accident. They need to be a little more kid friendly. Some games didn?t... work. I will not be going to that Chuck E. Cheese anymore. Read more

It?s been a while since visiting as a child. Chuck has had evolved. All machines use a card/chip system over coins and tickets.... At this location, they are under staffed and their customer service is poor. They do serve beer and wine but they were out ofstock for everything and all their drafts had no kegs. The thing no one talks about is that their pizza is STUFFED CRUST bydefault. Every pizza. Delicious. Read more

My children had a really great time. Just be prepared to deal with a lot of people on any given day. To be honest there will... always be some parents that just seem to not want to have a great time but try to stay away from them and you and your childrenwill enjoy yourselves. Also a heads up you can buy 500 tickets for 4.99 to have a better choice of prizes at the end. Thank melater Read more

This is a popular, friendly neighborhood lay place with functioning, well-managed security upon entrance and exit.... Well-organized for birthday parties and similar kinds of events, where the staff will help out bring out the mouse, sing andclap, serve pizza and cake, and help dole out the goods. The games are designed to deliver tickets and appeal to kids six andyounger, in general. Like everything in Brooklyn and New York, space is a little tight, but things are cleanly kept and there?splenty of seating for weary adults. There are food and drink options basically fit for a rest-stop, which is both fine (solidcheap options) and also one area the parent corporation might explore updating for modern tastes (a craft IPA? Some kind ofImpossible Burger?). Further, there appears to be a precious and limited number of ticket counting machines: this is not thefault of staff, but that many consistently broken machines leads to headaches at the close. This isn?t the fault of the staff, but the managers/investors/operators. They might use low interest rates to peel off a focused makeover of some spots inside, this included - the same is true of the entire mall. Nevertheless, we?ve undertaken the journey a few times now and the childrenalways walk away happy. That?s why it gets the hi-5 here. Read more
