Fantastic husband wife team restaurant. We took our 2 yo grandchild and they were gracious and she definitely enjoyed their... attention. I had spinach ravioli which was outstanding. Have been wanting to try their regional Italian cuisine for some time. Mostly very good and didn’t disappoint. Started with... wine and aperitif cocktails that were nicely prepared. Tried a plate of their eggplant in homemade sauce, eggplant wasexcellent, sauce just okay. We tried the gnocchi in a ragout, lasagna and the black ink pasta with fresh burrata and anchovies.Gnocchi was very good, lasagna was above average but nothing special, the black ink pasta was good and interesting yet it washard to pick up the flavor of the anchovies. This gem in Brooklyn is amazing! I was there with a friend for a quick bite, omg it was the best decision ever. The food was so... fresh, delicious and flavorful it was an experience to be here. The place is so charming and comfy, once you walk in you cantell the amount of details that were put into this space. The music was another amazing experience, a playlist curated by theowner of soothing sounds that are conducive to enjoying a glass or perhaps a bottle of delicious wine and having a greatconversation over delicious dishes. IMO competes with ugly baby for best restaurant in the area. The experience is unmatched thanks to the owners and the setup both... inside and in the back garden. The pastas could not be better, and the other items on the menu (burger, stuffed olives,desserts) are quality too. Read more
