worst slice of pizza i ever had in nyc fr .
As cheap as this place maybe, it will never get 5 stars. First, the constant change in Personnel is the reason the food is bad.... Second, personnel charges different prices depending on who there. Third, the chicken is under cooked either bleeding or toosoft; is also not season very well and fried with the same oil the is use to fried the fish. Disgusting. Fourth, the friesshould be piping hot and crispy, not wet, soggy and still taste like we're in the freezer. Finally, the reason for the 3 starts;the pizza is the only reason I shop there because no matter who there the pizza is cook decent and not always burnt. Read more
rude and nasty!. i will never order from here again!. i ordered from uber eats and paid a lot of money for this food. they sent... the family box of chicken but did not send "any" of the sides that the uber eats app said the family box comes with. they didnot send the 2 orders of mashed potatoes, 2 orders of fries, 6 biscuits, order(s) of macaroni and cheese, and they did not sealour bags which is a major health hazard. i called and told the man working after 11:30 pm on saturday june 11th (yesterday) andhe hung up the phone on me. i called back to ask him what time they open so that i can call the manager to report him and hetold me they open at 8 am. he lied. google says that this location 44 new lots avenue is closed at 8 am. i called back thefollowing day for a manager and it sounded like the same person who hung up on me, like he was being funny. i will "never"order from here again. this is no way to treat paying customers. Establishment seems to be under new management. Added ice cream, delivery, and now they accept credit cards (finally!). Added... new buffalo wing flavors such as lemon pepper, honey bbq, etc.The fried chicken has always been good here. I will try the pizzanext time since they added new toppings in the menu. Read more
