Pretty decent food and really nice worker. I was really hungry and wanted to get some food, and this place was behind the bus... stop I was at so I ordered some small fries. However, I saw the bus I was waiting for nearby, stopped at the red light before itcould turn the corner, while the worker was getting the fries out of the fryer. So I ordered from “flatbush burger guru” on uber eats it was SO BAD I had to google it. First off the actual Flatbush burger... guru is permanently closed so when I searched the address it came up at this crown fried chicken!!! Today I ordered food for me and my 4 year old, Food came after an hour only to be missing the soda my daughter really wanted. I... let the delivery man know, I was giving him the utmost respect despite him being rude to me saying I had everything I ordered. Itold him he was missing the soda and he said he'd go back for it but it would take some time. So I waited...waited...and waitedfor an hour, keep in mind this place is a 30 minute walk from me. The delivery guy came on a motor scooter, did he get lost onthe way or something? So I called the customer support line and they told me someone would come along shortly. guess what Iwaited an hour more...at this point my daughter sadly went to bed without eating the food and the soda she really wanted. It'sless now about the soda and more that they lied to me 2 times, when they could've just refunded me and not have me waste mytime. Wasted 3 hours of my time just for these guys to give me the "Oh, it's too late we can't send out drivers"...If you can'teven keep simple orders properly, you shouldn't be doing business. The fried chicken is old, there's not a lot of meat on the wings, the fries are gross, and the employee doesn't use gloves. The... most disgusting fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Most disgusting chicken spot I've ever eaten from. Was craving a burger one late night and found this place on google so I... decided to walked 20 minutes to get there. It looked very dingy inside this tiny place and smelled like a rotten mop but Iwasn't expecting much from a chicken spot. I was just happy to find a burger late at night. I walked all the way home only tofind a nasty long hair inside my burger. I was HORRIFIED and it was already closed so I couldn't even go back. The lettuce andtomato was also disgusting and wilted. The burger looked thrown together and sad. As a burger lover I was beyond disappointed.Couldn't even take one bite. I would NEVER EVER EVER go here again.
