First let's start with the kitchen and service staff was great. The food was delicious but the restaurant was so cold that by... the second bite my food was cold. My server reheated my soup and tea twice but it was so cold that it didn't matter. I washighly disappointed. Pretty quiet morning so it wasn't too busy. Ordered the salted caramel shortbread pancakes (again!) with grapefruit juice and... hot chocolate. There is an awesome team at Denny's on Pennsylvania Ave in Brooklyn. The hostess showed great skills in professionalism and she... was a pleasure to be greeted by at the door. The waitress/server AJ showed managerial skills as she visited our table while wewaited for our waitress/server. Ron stopped cleaning the table across from us to get us the sugar & syrup that we needed. Rondidn't mind getting the items for us & he didn't tell us to ask our serve.
