Di An Di serves up modern takes on classic Vietnamese dishes. The vibrant and lively space is punctuated with hip music and a... bar that is churning out creative cocktails. The crispy spring rolls, which you wrap in lettuce and basil were a standout itemand the beef pho was rich and unctuous. The use of buttermilk and dill to rim the glass of the Relief, Recovery, Reform cocktailwas also a notable and effective idea that made the cocktail stand out in a crowded field. Altogether, dining and Di An Di wasa delicious and stimulating experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for creative and fresh Vietnamesecuisine. Read more

Hands down the best Vietnamese food. A must visit whether you’re a local our tourist. I’ve been here a dozen times and... it’s amazing every time. This place has made its way to become one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Brooklyn, or NYC in general. This mostly... attributed to the taste. The bún th?t n??ng (lemongrass pork bowl) was very flavorful, especially the beef; the mixing sauceadded a nice sweet and salty palate. The oysters were good but not very memorable. The ph? bowl was great flavor-wise but notsure why no Vietnamese restaurant in America like to use the authentic pho noodles in their pho bowl. The bánh tráng tr?n(rice paper salad) hits all the right notes of an authentic one. They also sell bánh ch?ng (Chung cake) during lunar new year,which is a plus. The cakes are quite small with little fillings but hey, this is the best you can get in NY. Restaurant isalways busy so best to have a reservation. Price was quite expensive for the portion. This is a modern Vietnamese restaurant with stylish decor and chill vibes. You can tell everything is leveled up a little bit... based on traditional dishes. If you are looking for old-school or classic Vietnamese food, this might not be the place, but itis a spot to try creative dishes. The food was overall delicious but could be more elegant. Definitely ranks in my top 10 places to eat in the city. - Super cute decor ?? - Innovative and mind blowing cocktails ?? - Fun... experience with good ?? Their Vietnamese pizza comes with scissors and it’s so fun to eat. And their sizzling mushrooms arelike nothing else I’ve ever eaten - cheesy, crispy, combined with all other sides they give you to make your own roll, justpure bliss. My favorite dish here is their baby mustard green rolls. The delicateness and softness of the mustard green leavescombined with the crispy and yet fresh filling with the perfectly flavorful sauce makes for an outstanding appetizer. Had dinner here, definitely my favorite restaurant this entire trip. The menu was a little small (I heard they may be renovating... so that may change) but everything we ordered was so absolutely amazing! The waitress was incredibly professional, even servingus in the pouring rain (we were safe under the outdoor roof, and she managed to keep all the dishes completely dry). Every dishheld incredible flavor, so much so that if you asked for my favorite dish there, I couldn't give one because they were all sophenomenally delicious.
