The worst dominos ever. Never again. Just go to the pizza spot around the corner and save urself the regret and headache.
They will take your money and tip and won?t deliver your food. Good luck getting a refund too they do not answer the phone.
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I placed an order that I wasn't able to track and was NEVER DELIVERED. I called the store multiple... times and no one answered. I reached out to Domino's corporate and asked for a refund only to be told I had to deal with storedirectly. One of the best experience I ever had. Manager MD was really nice and funny will come again and again.
Never brought me my food. Said I had to come downstairs to pick it up when they previously (during Covid) dropped it off at the... apartment front door. I tried to cancel the order they took my money and the tip anyways. Read more
The worst domino?s by far. If they want us to come down for delivery pick up, they shouldn?t charge for delivery + tip. The... delivery took like an hour and the guy asks me to come down. If they eliminate that cost I would be happy to come down and pickit up. Very rude manager, very rude delivery guy. These guys are not aware of their brand. I wish Corporate would close this location or remove their name from this store. The customer service here SUCKS! Mohammed ?the... Manager? is extremely rude! I don?t know if he even gave me the correct name. I?ve complained to corporate once before and willbe doing so again in the morning. Its okay. But... It can depend a lot who's making the pizza. The delivery service can be horrible sometimes. Either messing up... address or getting to your place one hour later even if you're just about 3 blocks away. Don't even bother calling the managerever. As it will Not go through. There are times where the pizza taste delicious, fresh, full of flavor, cheese, tom sauce,soft. But majority of the times is a let down. Read more
