The other reviews regarding customer service are true, but the food outweighs that to me. The butter that accompanied the... complimentary bread was so smooth. Fried Calamari- I like that it was served with two dipping sauces and an adorable lemonsqueezer. It was such a large portion, our table of three ended up having leftovers. Rock Shrimp Tempura- Surprisingly betterthan we expected. Kobe Beef Sliders & Truffle Fries- Great quality ingredients. Shrimp Scampi- Creamy and delicious. SearedScallops with Papardelle- Last time, the Shrimp Scampi was my favorite dish, but now it might be a tie with this dish. Thescallops were big, nicely seared, and tender. The pasta had a light and slightly sweet taste which I really enjoyed. I wouldn'texpect much in terms of customer service, but the food is delicious, and they are very generous with the portions. Went there for breakfast and it was a great experience. My wife ordered eggs with hollandaise sauce and I ate the duet breakfast... with French roast and berries. Everything was delicious. It feels like an old fashioned place in terms of Russian speaking community and how the restaurants were set up during 2000’s,... not bad, not like wow but its nice, very cozy, the food is superb! Desserts Deluxe!!!! Labeling the carrot cake superb is a complete understatement. The little mini cake is moist and velvety in... flavor. The cream cheese icing adds another layer of character that's embodied in this tiny confection. It paints a perfectpicture by looking as good as it tastes. I also recommend the whole wheat croissants. If asked to Compare this croissants to theones I've had in Paris 3 months ago, I'd happily say that Duet's croissants can declare victory! Read more
