Please train your employees on customer service, I ordered online and when I came to pick it up they had an item missing, I... asked for it to be toasted and she said ?well you said not toasted? I went in to order a shamrock or salted caramel flavor macchiato and latte, they told me they don?t have any flavor drinks only... the regulars, how can you advertise all these in front of the windows and ad boards if you don?t even provide these offers. They made my drink wrong, I went back and let them know. Instead of making me a new drink, they scooped the whipped cream off my... drink and added the missing flavor and mixed it with a spoon. And added whipped cream cream cover up the whole and laughed thewhole time. Never going back again, horrible service. Read more

All I have to say 10/10 for Aaurisa pronounced ?Risa?who works there every Tuesday/Thursday nights. She makes the best drinks... and makes sure it?s not too sweet or too bitter. You can tell she enjoys her job because she doesn?t rush the drinks. Herpersonality is beyond amazing because she greets every customer happily and shows respect. I would not recommend going here because every time I go here I have a bad experience. Such as they mess up my order or take... long to make it. There was this one occasion when I went here with my cousin and they made us feel discriminated because thelady working at that time didn't give us our free donut with our beverage, but gave the white man the offer besides us.Fortunately another lady working there gave us our donut, but I was still disgusted about how the other lady treatedus. Update: I actually have gone back to this location and it has improved because the new staff is friendly, so I would go backagain. Read more
