Manager doesn?t understand that the customer is always right! I always get my coffee without sugar. This time I ordered a latte... and for the first time with almond milk. I did not like the taste of it at all! The almond milk was sweetened! So I asked themanager if I can exchange it for another one without almond milk. In my experience in all the coffee shops and supermarkets theresponses I received was always ?sure sir, no problem? and sometimes even ?sorry for your experience?. His response was ?that?snot my problem, that?s yours since you ordered like that?. I was shocked! Can you believe that! Who put this guy in charge ofdealing with customers! No skills whatsoever! After a few minutes back and forth he finally agreed to make another one. I had topractically argue with this guy. Absolutely ridiculous! And I come here very often! His behavior was so out of line and out oftouch with how a manger should act. So glad I could voice my opinion here. Read more
They used to be super understaffed now they have a young man working there who is great and the older man is good too ! However,... the bigger/ wider man ( I don?t know how else to describe him - the middle aged one) is beyond rude !!! He is unpleasant and thereason I rarely ever come to this shop. He looks you straight in the face and walks away or is always to the side pretending todo something while the other 1 or 2 work. Read more
