Sold me a frozen chicken sandwich. Took it back within 5 minutes and before even looking at my receipt ,the guy with the limp,... says I bought it earlier and that's why it's frozen. Like what?! Smh. I'm glad I had spoken to the officer at the door before myorder and he remembered me. I called him over and it took that to get a refund. Also, they never have anything you actuallywant. Second time ordering and second time DISAPPOINTED. I ordered a large Vanilla Chai Tea and as I reached to get it from the... server, she rested it on the counter with my hand stretched out and walked away. When I tasted my tea, it was basicallytasteless. I returned it letting her know it's NOT sweet, and that I purchase Vanilla Chai Tea all the time at other DDlocations, and it is sweet. Then she asked if I want two packs instead of one . . . HUH! (I do NOT see other DD use packs, theyspoon out the powder, nor do they ask me if I want one pack or two). Now that she used two packs, there's a bitter after tastewhich I never tasted before at the other DD locations I visited. For this DD located inside of Shoprite, they will NEVER getanother dime from me. They would get ZERO stars if that option was available. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Read more
im giving this Dunkin Donuts one star because i have no choice if not i'd give it cero !! The employees here are very rude i... walked in with my daughter to get a wheat bagel, I stood directly in front of 2 employees as the next customer to be waited on.I waited several minutes and NOT ONE smiled, said hi, or acknowledged my existence in any way. I patiently waited put my orderin and when my daughter took a bite off her bagel it tasted funny so she went back and asked if she could please change herbagel, the cashier told her she would have to pay for another one in a very rude way, i got up and told her why should we payfor another one she threw the bagel at me on the counter !!!! She refused to give us another bagel or our money back !!! i askedto speak to the manager !! guess what no manager because they are separated from shoprite and they can do what they want !! iwas in an argument with her and just let her keep the money and the bagel and walked away !! never will i be eating at thisplace again!!
