The workers at this location have the only nasty attitude and don't let them be wrong about something. Smh I have seen them tell... a lady they wasn't going to server her after they messed up her order and refused to fix it, she was given her money back andasked to leave the location. Read more
Service is good when the employees are on it BUT can't blame them for that. Their focus is on drive thru if you're in the store... your there for a delivery pick up and it takes super long to get your order done. They could use a few more employees to takecare of the store just like they do drive thru. Just being honest. Read more
At 11pm 8/9/2022 at the drive through after saying hello a couple times, the worker rudely mumbled something abt the orders.... Then stopped answering completely. Meanwhile 4 cars are in front of me each paying and redeeming their order. HowDisappointing?. I spend so much money here Read more

Issues I had is that unless you order offline you are not qualified to have a coffee stopper, the manager handed me one with his... bare hands on the end that is placed in my coffee and could not understand why I was angry about a coffee stopper being in hisbare hand on the end I would place in my coffee. I asked another worker for one and she rudely stated they were only for onlinecustomers. Read more
SUPER CLEAN! But than again it brand new and maybe only be open about a week or two. People behind the counter are friendly and... service seems pretty quick. Did you have this interesting core station for common cold beverages. It's a cool fixture in thestore. Charging stations on the tables are convenient. Hopefully it stays this nice. Read more
As someone that has worked with Dunkin' donuts...... I do not appreciate the fact that I have to be the one to show people that... they're making drinks wrong. I got a coconut refresher with no ice every single time I go into a dunkin, And anytime If i haveno other choice but to go to this one They always make the drink wrong and the drink looks like they put Saturn the planet inthe cup.... Nothing is mixing it just looks spoiled........ And it's upsetting at the fact that I have to go into my phone andshow proof on how my drink is supposed to look like......
