I always enjoy going to Dunkin. I love their coffee, hot or cold.
We just been there today around 3 pm. We bought 1/2 dozen donut with T-Mobile Tuesday $2 coupon. First, the lady there told us... that store policy wouldn?t allow combined coupon even she accepted at the end. Then, very surprise that the prize increased $2. Ok, I understand everything going up. But there is a math problem, I have $8 coupon and she asked for $4 more. $9.99 plustax for 1/2 dozen, wondering is she cheating or not because I forgot to ask for receipt. Read more
As one who worked in the food industry making drinks for 4 plus years im never one to complain about things or leave mean... reviews, but this is the WORST dunkin donuts i went to. I ordered a iced chai tea latte with the young lady in the front, whereshe has no mask on.. so i get my drink and my drink looks like straight up milk and ice. I see her swirling it around andlooking at it weird as well, regardless, she says my order out loud and i go to get it. I look at it and im like.. its notsupposed to look like this. Its supposed to be more brown. She calls over an older gentleman and says chai tea is milk chai andice right, obviously. So i say can u add more chai. The gentleman takes the drink and i see him open the chai pump and just pourthe residue of the chai flavor into my cup? NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. They dont know how to make drinks properly and justclearly use old ingredients. She even had the nerve to ask me ?do u even know what you ordered? they dont know how to makedrinks correctly, waste of money. Read more
They don't open too early, so if you want anything before 8 am go somewhere else. I did not know and ordered from the app and... went there to pick up my order they were closed. I could not get a refund. Overall this Dunkin is not bad, customer service isalways great, but they don't have much option for donuts is that's what you are looking for. Read more
These people are miserable and purposely get your order wrong. Happens way to many times for it to be an accident. Think they... get mad cause their Muslim and don?t want to touch pork, if you Order anything with pork they fudge it up and give u somethingelse 8 times outta 10. Very poor service at night. Only one person working there working extremely slow. He can?t hear things clearly nor watch his own... cashier screen clearly. Don?t know about the store menu and made food wrong. Need to recook all the chicken tender since it?sjust warmed not cooked and surface sticky. Hash browns over cooked. It is half cup of cappuccino. I told her that it is so light, I opened to show her that it is only half. She said too much foam,... she ever put more foam into my cup: See it is foam. What the F.... that $2 Cappuccino is buying half cup, ever with foam???Disgusting Services. Read more
Workers are rude and always distracted talking amongst themselves while you wait. They have this ridiculous "policy" where you... only get TWO flavor shots no matter what size you order. (The Dunkin Donuts app allows 4 for a large). They only do 2 if youorder in person and add 25 cents per extra shot! Your large iced coffee is now close to 6 dollar if you get 5 shots! I've alsoseen them water down their cold brew and even their regular coffee. If you want to get ripped off with watered down coffee,this place is perfect for you. -- Btw, I stopped buying from them.
