(July 23) I went to this dunkin with my kids to buy breakfast and to enjoy our morning. While we were ordering, The cashier was... giving bad attuide for no exact reason. After I received my order Me and my kids Decided to sit inside And eat at a table sincethere was a 94 degree weather outside. Unfortunately the table was dirty and had food crumbs. I then asked the cashier nicely toplease clean the table we were going to eat at And she agreed to do so. She left me and my kids patiently waiting for over 3minutes . I then went over to her and asked again, since there was no customers coming in and she didn?t even glance at us once,she proceeded to Say ?OH MY GOD? out loud And said ? I am Helping out customers? while a customer was barely even Walking at thecash register. she then demanded we sat at a table that was also dirty and next to a homeless person who was sleeping. I thentold her ? I don?t want to sit there so please clean the table I want to sit at, I payed and should be getting the customerservice I deserve? she then looked over at the other workers and started talking Loudly about me In front of me and my kidsknowing that I had my baby With me as well. She then said ? I cant stop doing my job and leave these customers just because youwant me to clean a table? While we asked her long before she had any customers to help. ( Keep in mind that She wasn?t the onlyone working there and could?ve had another worker clean the table for us) Unfortunately me and my kids left the dunkin to eatoutside in the heat since she didn?t want to help out and ignored us standing there. It?s embarrassing how a grown uneducatedadult behaved like this In front of a family. Next time Check who you are really hiring into your business. Read more
Place is convenient, however there is a female employee who can't seems to understand the difference between a frozen coffee and... frozen hot chocolate and gets an attitude when people correct her.. Read more
At 3 pm they had no cold brew. Ordered a Boston creme and all they had was jelly donuts. No other donuts just jelly and it was... hardly fresh. The most trash DD I've ever been to. Read more
Not happy with service this morning. Asked for holiday blend received midnight roast, went back bececause snacking bacon was... also undone, service workers had attitudes and when my coffee was remade it was basic coffee still not holiday blend. Manger ison site saw there was a problem and did not even attempt to rectify situation. Disappointed. Read more
It's very good food indeed but I feel the cashier didn't really listen to my order after I said it twice, but I didn't get what... I wanted unfortunately,you may get a different experience but for me it's a 3/5 for me. Just look at your food b4 you leave. Read more
Clean and fair. Purchased the new $2 and it was missing something. Went back to the store and girl made me a new drink that... tasted much better. I used the app to get free bonus points for the coffee. The app makes it worthwhile. Read more
There is like 3 ladies there that can make a good cup of coffee. The others make it too sweet They add sugar with the flavors... that are already sweeten. There are a number of time I cannot drink it because its beyond sweet and is plain sugar. Plus theyare the only DD that burns everything. Check out the bagel twist (one of my fav) then they will put it in the toaster andburn it some more. Personally I want to see this DD improve. It's part of my neighborhood. It nice to have it so close tohome. But its serves no purpose if its inedible. Read more
