This dunkin is getting worse and worse. The staff doesn't always put in the order correct. The coffee is no longer fresh. If you... don't order first thing in the morning and get the initial batch that they put in this insulated container, then you're gettingOLD BURNT coffee. Dunkin used to have this rule where they would brew a fresh pot every 15 minutes and now that's all downhill.When coffee remains stagnant and under heat, it creates a very bitter and nasty flavor. I've come here a lot and I'm remainingdisappointed. Also, druggies/homeless people open and close the doors for you which is highly unsanitary and definitely notsafe. Read more

The staff seemed more interested in doing side work than actually taking care of customers. Not only did the manager walk by me... 3 times but so did the rest of the staff. They are very slow. There were only 4 customers inside and they took 30 mins to help us. The cashier got lost into whatever she... was doing. On top of that they got my order all wrong. Slow, slow, slow. It?s been times I took a nap while waiting in line. Read more
Donuts taste old for me they are rude at times I ordered a dragon fruit today and I was expecting them to do it very well they... ones again made it with to much tea and this happens all the time and then they came at me today talking about that everydaythat I go there they ain't going to keep pleasing me for a change on my drink and all I could say is that I've been going tothis place for a while and I thought they were very nice in the beginning but after today they lost a customer ain't no onegoing to talk to me wrong and be rude to me because I wanted my drink fixed your job is to fix it if you guys don't do it rightplus so much ice and less freaking juice I'm done with this place. I came to this dunkin donuts lots of times with different things happening here. One time I came here and they had to take out... everything on top people it was a massive roach on one the trays of donuts in the back and I had to alert them. I bought a donuthere and it was alittle hard and it was very dry. Not much quality for your money because they take too much taxes for just adonut. My mother doesnt like buying coffees because they don't do a very good job making coffee. Read more
