They screw up every order all the time. Don't go here after school. Too many kids very loud and disorderly.

Absolutely disgusting and so poorly run. Every time I come in here they are out of most things (this is at any time of day) and... it takes at least 10+ minutes to get something as basic as an iced coffee. Just now, the guy at the register took my order thenpromptly got in an argument with his coworker resulting in them each getting on their phones instead of making or taking orders.He came back to me 4 minutes later, said he had my order (he did not and he repeated it to me wrong) and after he took mycorrect order he made me an entirely different drink (which tastes disgusting, by the way). I felt bad for his coworker who wasdiligently trying to fill mobile orders while he blamed his speed and lack of precision on her. Read more
I visited this location with hopes of buying donuts, munchkins, iced tea and iced coffee. I was unsuccessful and extremely... dissatisfied. Upon arrival 3 men were sitting inside (Against NYC dine-in rules) conversing with no masks on. @5:35pm ,thislocation had no donuts or munchkins available. When I questioned what the reason was for not having any, the sales associateresponded ?we ran out?. When I asked if they would be restocking soon, she replied ? no, we close at 8?. I can?t seem tounderstand why a store named Dunkin? Donuts Would be out of Donuts. Furthermore, why would they not restock with more than 2hrsleft before closing and why would they allow people to sit inside (without masks) when it?s a violation. While in the store 2additional customers entered, expressed their anger that no donuts were available, and left. In the past my family and I haveenjoyed Dunkin? Donuts. This is not what I expected and I am particularly unhappy about this experience. I am disappointed. Iwould normally choose Dunkin? Donuts over Starbucks, up until this negative experience. Read more
I find Dunkin coffee pretty bland and don't go as a rule, but went in this morning, tried the Cold Brew coffee and found... that...... It was Amazingly delicious. I know it's sad but I have not stopped talking about it for over an hour now. I alsofound that although it was very busy the counter staff were friendly, which is a bonus. Read more
The customer service is really bad and after you purchase any item you wanna use the restroom there doesn't let you use it
